Precautions for use
Hydraulic oil cleanliness:
Ensure the hydraulic oil is clean to avoid impurities entering the valve and affecting the performance and life of the valve.
Working parameter control:
Pressure and flow: The working pressure shall not exceed 350 bar and the flow shall not exceed 160 L/min.
Temperature range: The temperature of the hydraulic oil should be within the allowable range. Exceeding this range may affect the performance of the valve.
Electrical connection:
Ensure the electrical connection is correct to avoid moisture or contact with corrosive substances on the electromagnet coil.
Use cables certified for working temperatures above 105°C.
Installation and commissioning:
During installation, ensure that the valve body mounting surface is flat and clean, and commission according to standard specifications.
Avoid applying excessive external force on the valve body to avoid damaging the valve body.
The manual emergency operation can only be activated when the tank pressure is up to about 50 bar. Avoid damaging the holes for manual emergency operation.
